The Junior Buyer is responsible of securing that the assortment is balanced between brand image and commercial needs. We believe you are a motivated, dynamic and hands on "doer" who enjoys working in a high paced international environment.This is a global buying role, reporting to the Head of Buying. Main Responsibilities:Contribute to seasonal category planning and implement range building and distribution strategy in relation to global stock optimization while securing local needsResponsible for developing a comprehensive allocation plan for all stores and for giving input on setting replenishment strategyAnalyze the performance of categories and projectsProduce reports and analysis on the range plan and performance identifying action pointsProduce briefing material and other product documentationCommunicate with store representatives for collection feedback to evaluate sales and to secure qualityPrepares EOS reports and Collection feedbacks or other ad-hoc documentation neededQualifications:Min 3 years of buying experience from similar positionStrong product and market knowledgeHigh analytical and numerical skills as well as ability to conceptualize and see patterns and trendsProficient in ExcelRetail experience is preferableAbility to manage and develop junior resourcesExcellent communication skills in written and spoken EnglishFlexible, organized and detail orientedSpecialist Knowledge - strong product and global market knowledge as well as passion and interest in the industryAs we interview candidates continuously we kindly ask you to register your application as soon as possible.
