We are now looking for a Junior Requirement Analyst to the Business Intelligence Online Services team in the development division Shared Support Functions. The BI Online services team provides our business within the Online markets with decision support through the tool QlikView.
A Junior Requirement Analyst at BI Online services is the link between IT and business for different business areas and the IT-vendor for QlikView. You are also one of the primary contacts for all data sources both present and future together with the System Responsible and/or Solution Responsible. In the role as a Junior Requirement Analyst, you make sure that the analysis support and KPIs needed by our internal customers can be supported by the data available. If data is not already available to QlikView, you ensure that the correct data can and is retrieved from source. You see to it that the IT vendor and business are up to date regarding data availability and help to plan and prioritize when the required solution will be delivered in QlikView. The key words are stable, scalable and sustainable IT solutions that are delivered in reasonable time.

You also have the ability to communicate and build relations with different types of people and roles.
Your responsibilities in the future
The job of an H&M Junior Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list will in the long run will include:
• Serve as a link between IT and business and define the release scope. You will need to have a close collaboration with our internal customers to capture and understand business needs and make sure the requirements are documented
• Order required data from sources and participate in testing of delivered data
• Have a close collaboration with our vendor. You take part in requirement workshops and have the best knowledge of the requested data
• Work with Quality assurance by assisting our internal customers with test to make sure the implemented requirements fulfil business needs.
• Take part in and follow up on solution design with our IT vendor to secure scalable and long term solutions
• Support maintenance by following up and acting on incidents especially source data related incidents
• Secure integrations by keeping close contact with our integration competence Center and source systems to secure integrations
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Experience, 1-2 years from requirement analysis and/or relevant education
• You have an understanding of how IT-solutions can support business processes
• Excellent communication skills, in English and in Swedish
• Experience from BI and BI reporting tools is a plus
