Our international client is currently looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst as a new member to their Reporting Team. The position will be based in Stockholm and report into the Reporting Team Supervisor.
This is a new temporary position at the company, initially for a year. The role puts high demands on being communicative and having a strong track record of collaborations and having the abilty to work in virtual multicultural environment. Do you have the business knowledge from practical operating companies that are fast paced and witin changing environments, then you will appreciate the role well.
The Junior Reporting Analyst main tasks will be to support on month & quarter end closing activities, completing R2R eg. records-to-report transactional activities, general accounting and completing corporate reporting.
Responsibilities
• Support a new EMEA Finance Services culture within the team
• Collaborate with other cluster Finance Operations team members
• Execution of Corporate reporting
• Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities
• Flawless execution of Records-to-Report transactional activities
• Ensure assigned processes comply with business, accounting and internal controls standards.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with new developments of R2R process requirements and act as their subject matter expert
• Analyze R2R process issues and process change requests and make recommendations
Background:
• Preferred experience from Finance processes, Finance operations and process improvement
• Finance, Economics or Management degree
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Highly committed and flexible to maintain adequate engagement in a changing environment.
• Experience from a larger and /or international organization is preferred
• SAP experience is valuable
