About the role
As a Junior Remedy/Helix Developer, you will work in a cross-functional team focused on developing and maintaining business-critical systems. The role involves close collaboration with experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality IT services.

Work tasks
The role focuses on technical development and maintenance of the Remedy platform, supported by modern DevOps.
Platform Configuration: Build forms and workflows in BMC Helix based on design patterns.
System Integrations: Connect the platform with external tools.
Troubleshooting & Testing: Identify and fix issues in solutions using testing tools.
Documentation: Write clear configuration guides in the team's knowledge base.
Quality & Learning: Participate in code reviews and learn IT operations frameworks.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers and architects in project management tools.

Experience with BMC Helix or similar AI-driven ITSM tools.
Experience in software development.
A University degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Meritorious
Knowledge/experience of APIs.
Previous work experience in the field.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
