hela Sverige UPS is now looking for a Junior real estate engineer for our Nordic headquarters in Järfälla. We are looking for a newly graduated engineer who has an interest in real estate operations and maintenance.
Your main duties as a Junior real estate engineer is to ensure that UPS facilities and assets are in good condition, and that their standard follow both UPS guidelines and government regulations. You will be responsible for the tender process and procurement of subcontractors, and that you make sure that these agreements are followed. Part of the role is to independently execute service and repairs on our equipment (mainly the conveyor system) and quality controls. The work requires good administrative skills as you are expected to produce and provide reports, metrics and statistics and be responsible for maintenance and development projects. You will also be involved in maintenance budget for Sweden.
The work is independent and very varied. We prefer that you are responsible, careful and structured. Your main job will be at the UPS headquarters in Järfalla, but you will also be involved in the maintenance of all our UPS facilities throughout the Nordics why business travel will occur. You will have access to a car.

Qualifications:
• Good technical understanding
• Multi tasked and organized
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• B license
• Engineer degree
Information:
Job Type: Permanent with six months probation period. Collective agreements with Unionen.
Workplace: Järfälla.
