www.brio.netPubliceringsdatum2015-06-30Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role as Junior Quality Assurance Manager, offers an exciting new possibility, as this position will be an extension of the existing group. The main focus of this role is the responsibility within CSR and quality assurance. When it comes to the CSR work, you will participate in the implementation of the company's CSR strategy, as well as the planning of activities for implementation of BSCI requirements in the supply chain. Regarding the quality assurance work, you will work to implement the use of the CMD within BRIO's suppliers. You will continuously monitor that data requests are sent out and that they are up to date. Together with the team you will frequently review and verify the reported data.
Within the role as Junior Quality Assurance Manager, communication and monitoring is a significant part of the job description. You will :
• : Handle the assembling of data for BRIO's sustainability reports
• : Enforce the chemical risk analysis and develop a plan for elimination of chemical risk substances in BRIO's products
• : Follow up consumer complaints to make sure that these are handled effectively and satisfactory to our consumers.
• : Develop BRIO's product testing procedures, to ensure quality as well as cost efficiency.
• : Develop efficient procedures for the follow-up on the ability and willingness of suppliers to comply with quality requirements.
In summary, you will have a responsibility to continuously stay up to date regarding external requirements, with a strong focus on chemical elements.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To succeed in this role it is crucial that you have completed a higher education within the relevant field, as the role focuses heavily on your analytical and communication abilities. You have a background within working with quality and environmental requirements of goods into EU, at the least 3 years. You also have experience of working with CSR and sustainability. Experience in working with Asian suppliers is a much merited quality. You are also experienced in working in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Because there are primarily trips included in the service to Asia 1-3 times per year, this must be something that you enjoy.

It's required that you are fluent in Swedish and in English, both in speech and writing. If you have knowledge in Mandarin/Cantonese this is also merited. You also have working experience with business management software (ERP), and Microsoft Office software such as Excel.
