hela Sverige As a Junior Purchaser you will work in close collaboration with other parts of our global purchasing
team, e.g. Category Managers, Project Purchasers, Site Purchasers and Supplier Quality. In this
role you will get the opportunity to assist and work with different parts of the purchasing
organization and in time, after proven success, grow into a more specialized role within Site
Purchasing or Project Purchasing.
To start off you will be responsible for a smaller amount of suppliers in terms of driving KPI
performance covering quality, delivery performance, sustainability and cost development. You
will participate in commercial negotiations in close collaboration with our category managers. You
will also assist our project purchasers with various tasks in their ongoing projects as well as being
the purchasing teams' representative in assigned product development projects.

In this position the right attitude is an essential part of your success. For us, that means that you are a self-motivated and result oriented team player who brings a positive and cooperative
mindset. Ability to easily communicate, a high level of integrity and business acumen are other
key ingredients in your personal profile. You have an academic degree from either Business or
Engineering/Supply Chain, fluency in English together with a good technical understanding and
and a few years of general work experience. Experience from operational and/or tactical sourcing
in an international environment is an advantage.
