Publiceringsdatum2014-10-30Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a junior project manager within product support you will ensure a highly qualitative internal communication regarding quality issues. You act as a support, coordinator and educator in how to communicate, follow up and report in quality issues. The main purpose of this role is to ensure a top notch customer experience of the progress in quality issues. This entails writing management reports, preparing material and templates for presentations, communicating and supporting the organization in prioritized issues and giving input and provide training in the processes for quality and communication.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you have a technical education and/or working background, f ex within engineering, as well as some experience in working with communication processes. Your personal qualifications are very important and should entail a consultative way of working, a pedagogical and positive mindset as well as an ability to drive improvements. You will be working in both Swedish and English, frequently using technical terms which is why a good command of both languages, verbally and in writing is required.
