Role description
We're looking for a junior project manager to deliver kickass work together with a melting pot of talented creatives, strategists, media specialists, and film directors - just to mention some of the talents in our house. Help your clients grow, pitch bold ideas, design keynote masterpieces and guide your colleagues to the best possible results. Combine fun beer after-works with excellent work and learn more in 1 year than most do in 5 years at other agencies. Up for the task?
What you will be doing
• Work with 2-4 clients together with a more senior Project Manager/Account Director
• Lead project teams, conveying clients' needs to the team, and being part of finding the best solutions
• Ensuring all aspects of your projects (from strategy, idea, execution and activation) work seamlessly together
• Working with clients on a day-to-day basis by, for example, setting project-specific budgets and/or time plans and handling feedback rounds
• Building proposals and focus on growing your clients, finding those opportunities!
Who you are
• You enjoy juggling several things at once
• You are multifaceted; you have a great understanding of business, a strategic mindset and a creative feel, all while being structured :)
• You need no previous experience from working at an agency but have studied communication, marketing or business
• You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English - and are a Keynote wizard
• You have a can-do, positive attitude and enjoy seeing hard work and creativity pay off at the end of the day
