Experience in delivering Ericsson \ ALU \ NSN \ ZTE projects is considered a strong plus. Job description/Responsibilities:
This role of project controller will be assisting project manager for the successful planning, execution, monitoring and control of projects in order to meet contract deliverables to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, has overall profit and loss responsibility for the project.
1. To prepare and apply Plan for Roll out. (Phase, monthly, daily); And to ensure that plan understood and accepted by all Huawei departments;
2. To track deliverables and progress and update on regular through regular reports;
3. According to progress, take actions and warn required department if there is slow, bad, or wrong progress;
4. To prepare risk analysis and evaluate progress. Accordingly ask for additional help if necessary. To Prepare escalation issues in case the issues are not solved as scheduled;
5. Improve Communication between departments;
6. Project process controlling according to project requirement and company regulations;
7. Project management related system utilization.
8. Assist Project Manager on other management tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Relative education background.
2. Active and motivated, keen to achieve targets in career.
3. Financial understanding and business mindset.
4. Negotiation, influencing & Conflict management skills.
5. Effective problem solving skills
6. Able to prioritize and focus under stress
7. Able to drive change where needed
8. Fluent in English and Swedish
9. PMP Certification highly preferred (or IPMA-C)
