MultiMind is looking for a Junior Project Analyst to our client, a large international company within home electronics. This is a long term consultant assignment starting with 6 months. For the right person there is very good opportunities for prolongation.
About the role This is a junior position that works with project manager and reports directly to project manager and the Operational Manager.
You will be performing, analyzing and providing project analysis and support to the entire project team to ensure a project 's success.
Responsibilities Support project management phases such as planning, execution and result monitoring.
Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to the project
Reviewing and reporting the project's budget and finances
Identify trends and errors by conducting earnings review of assigned projects.
Prepare project documents and status reports.
Coordinate project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners' meetings.
Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations.
Be supporting the entire project team to complete the project within its planned scope, schedule and budget.
Evaluate progress and making adjustments needed to achieve managements desired results
Prepare and write business cases
Requirements and qualifications
Professional accomplishments, skills and education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics
Worked in a project team min. of a year, as a project coordinator, project analyst, project leader
Fluency in Swedish and English is required
