Task
Working at KROHNE INOR is characterized by teamwork and open communication across departments. We help each other and will look for colleagues that fit our culture. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work with your colleagues within Product Management, Sales and Marketing worldwide. Among others, your tasks will include
Managing KROHNE INOR's product portfolio throughout the lifecycle, including planning of the product innovation road map
Defining market requirement specifications and presenting the corresponding business case
Introducing new products and phasing out old products from the market
Become a technical expert providing 3rd level technical support for specified products and as such promote and train the global sales force
Prepare quotations for global projects within the KROHNE group
Market research to analyse market trends and new technologies
Work together with Marketing to position and promote our products in the best possible way
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years' experience from a similar role, preferably from the process industry. You are in the beginning of your career with the ambition to grow within Product Management. We believe you have a Bachelor's degree, together with a good technical understanding. Furthermore, you have good skills in both Swedish and English language both, written and spoken. Additional language skills such as German, French or Spanish are an advantage. You have the ability and willingness to travel globally. Knowledge in standard office software as well as ERP and CRM systems will be required.
Personality
Your personality can best be described as well organised and structured. You have an analytical, yet creative mind and you can easily gather and structure information. You are a strong communicator and you can manage different opinions and stakeholders by adapting your message depending on the recipient. Sometimes there won't be a clear task, and your workday could be rather fragmented - this is something you feel challenging and stimulating. You have an ability and willingness to take on and comprehend new tasks.
