Join us to expand and scale our rapid international growth through our performance marketing channels.
You will be a recent graduate or a year or two into your marketing career looking to dive further into the world of performance marketing. You're highly analytical and you enjoy working with large sets of data to find insights and learnings which can be used to improve on existing marketing campaigns.
What You'll do?
Support channel owners and manage campaigns hands-on to ensure every day campaign optimisation and reporting runs smoothly (Facebook, Adwords and other paid social channels)
Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance to reach ROI, growth and CPA targets
Research and testing of new marketing channels with the aim of establishing them as part of the direct marketing channel mix
Create and maintain frequent reporting of target KPIs
Staying up to date with the latest features and updates of digital marketing
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, mathematics or similar
0-2 years experience in a performance marketing role
An analytical mindset and a keen interest in digital marketing
Enjoy learning new tools and tech and new ways of using them
A confident and bright team player with the ambition to learn more through taking on real responsibility quickly
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate and develop a fun & efficient working environment
