We are now looking for an Office Coordinator to our foodora branded (pink of course) office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm. You will make sure everything in the office runs smoothly, welcome guests, fix the coffee machine when it doesn't want to cooperate, handle mail and deliveries and much more. You will work closely with our Office Manager and together make sure the office always looks amazing and works flawless. Are you our knight in shiny pink armour? Join this fast paced journey with us!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Support our Office Manager in various tasks
• Make sure the office is running smoothly and being representative and tidy
• Handle deliveries such as food and beverages to the office and handle the mail
• Plan the office space and order coffee, office supplies and other equipment
• Spread your positive energy throughout the office

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• You probably have two years experience from working in the hotel/restaurant industry or from another service related role
• Experience in a Windows environment as well as network and iOS support
• You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
• It will be considered a plus if you have a driver's license
Start date: As soon as possible
