hela Sverige Klarna is growing rapidly and an increasing complexity in the IT infrastructure is now in an immediate need for another network administrator.
The IT Infrastructure department consist of system administrators, network administrators, Dba:s, telephone manager, storage manager, total of 23 people.
As Junior Network Admin you will be working as an network operations engineer, responsible for daily network operations. You will be a central point of contact for the rest of the organisation when it comes to network questions, requests and problems (go-to guy). It?s your task to implement standard network changes e.g. VLAN?s, firewall changes, routing and load balancing. To process incoming requests from the rest of the organisation and report back about implementation or fixing. You will also filter incoming requests and coordinate implementation request that need additional design to implementation engineers workflow.
To succeed in this role you are interested in learning new things, you you dream about switch ports, blinking LED's and fiber. You're not afraid to work in a high-tempo stressful work environment where you are the central point of contact for a large organisation. You're flexible, can re-adjust to new priorities easily and still keep a tight ship. You'll be working with one or two network engineers in the operations part of Infrastructure, you'll have backup of 3 senior network engineers in the same group in case the problem is more complex. We appreciate knowledge in:
• Juniper EX, SRX and QFX + JUNOS
• Extreme Networks switching + EXOS
• Linux (Cacti, OP5, Rancid, bash scripting, etc)
• Wireless networking
• Routing (IPv4, IPv6, OSPF, BGP)
• Network security (PF, Fortigate, Juniper)
• and of course networking in general (VLANs, TCP/IP, security).
