Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Motion Capture Technician to join our team. This is an opportunity to kickstart your career in motion capture and animation. We are looking for someone willing to learn both the technical side of motion capture and the artistic side of animation. You should be interested in both being hands-on when working with actors on the motion capture stage, and sitting behind the computer screen doing motion capture clean up processes.
What You'll Do as an Junior Motion Capture Technician:
Process and clean motion capture data.
Ensure that all the motion capture systems and studio equipment are consistently maintained and shoot-ready.
Prepare motion capture sessions.
Assist in capturing high-quality motion data during live recording sessions.
What We're Looking For:
Someone eager to learn.
A keen eye for details and a passion for animation, gaming, or VFX.
Basic knowledge of 3D software (e.g. MotionBuilder, Maya, Blender).
Familiarity with motion capture systems is a plus.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
