The position
We are looking for a Junior Media Coordinator to strengthen our team in Stockholm. As a Junior Media Coordinator, you are working in the Media Coordination and Publishing team together with one team lead, two operational planners and two publishing operators. You will have your own areas of responsibilities as well as shared responsibilities. Together with your colleagues you will ensure a smooth process from start to end.
Your main responsibilities are linked to registering of media, id's, running orders and licenses:
• Register and match content in EIDR database
• Administrate information in internal processes and workflows
• Confirm and approve running orders
• Ensure that licenses and media id's are entered correctly
• Material availability check
• Schedule assigned content to Viaplay platforms
• Prepare and support for other teams
The journey ahead
You will be part of the larger team, Media Operations, where we handle the entire chain in the media and publishing workflow, from contact with distributor, scheduling, receiving material, coding and quality control, to final publication on site.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a person who is organized, structured and thorough and preferably with some experience from administrative work. Parts of your working day will not allow flexibility and many tasks are repetitive and you will have guidelines to follow. We believe that you are a team player but with the ability to work independently as well as understanding the importance of helping others and contributing to the team's success.
Candidates should also meet the following requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be fluent in Swedish and English
Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:
• Experience from working with streaming
• Experience in rights management or VOD traffic work
• Experience from working with rights- and content management systems
