Jobs Description Junior Master Data/SAP specialist
The primary purpose of this position is to product Master Data generation, enrichment and update for material master data in all relevant systems (SAP, DSC, INFOR). The purpose is also auxiliary documents and reports to support sales, replenishment and reporting for SKUs within Teva GGM/GSM for all Nordic markets (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden)
Key tasks and responsibilities
* Ensuring consistent and appropriate usage of material master data.
* Measure the accuracy of material master data that aligns to its operational definitions
* Measures effectiveness of data accuracy
* Identify opportunities for improvements based on data discrepancies and analysis
* Produce and manage master data related reports and the publication thereof through Share point
Important stakeholders and relations
* Portfolio and launch management in all markets for triggering correct master data changes and product related attributes
* Nordic Supply chain for securing correct material lifecycle status and other related attributes
* Accounting Scandinavia and Finland to secure accuracy of financial attributes like transfer prices
* Business finance DISNO, SE and FI to secure vendor master attributes
* Local Supply Chain for managing issues related to intercompany transactions
* Other departments as needed for support with master data related topics, like for supporting reporting
Essential Qualifications
To be a good fit for this role as a Junior Master Data/SAP Specialist, we believe that you have:
* A university degree or equivalent in preferable scientific or system/database management
* 3- 5 years' experience working with Master data in SAP environments, merit if this has been within Health sciences/ Pharma.
* Strong skills in SAP, database management, Excel and other equivalent systems
* Previous work experience in handling large amounts of data

Since the company is international is it important that you have strong skills in both Swedish and English - in speaking and in writing.
