Safegate is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator In this role you will plan, coordinate and implement various marketing activities, supporting our brand and 16 sales offices around the globe. You will mainly work with commercial brochures, the web site and also with our exhibitions/events and sales meetings. PR and advertising activities will also be a part of your responsibility.
You will be an active link between the Marketing department and our sales offices just as our external advertising agency, print house and other marketing partners as well as internal contacts within marketing responsibility.
You will be a part of the Marketing team which currently includes four employees divided in two teams, Marketing Communications and Product Marketing. This role will be one of the two persons working with Marketing Communications. You will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.
Main tasks/responsible areas
Exhibitions and Sales meetings
• Coordinate and implement exhibitions and sales meetings
• Support our sales offices with their local exhibitions
Marketing material
• Help produce marketing materials such as sales brochures and presentations
• Proof-read and coordinate development of marketing materials
• Give-aways
• Write articles and coordinate our Newsletters (External/Internal)
• Update Reference lists
Safegate Group web site:
• Update, develop, co-ordinate and drive activities for the web site
Adverts and PR:
• Write Press Releases
• Book adverts and write editorials
• Contact with press and business related magazines
Personal qualities
To succeed in this dynamic role, we believe you are a proactive coordinator. You like responsibility, are serviceminded and flexible. It is very important that you are able to "multitask" and have the ability to deal with stress.
We are looking for a person who is fairly new to the position as previously presented. Key words in your personality are motivated, committed, creative, outgoing and organized.

Education/Background
You have a university (or equivalent) degree in Marketing. Newly graduated or 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. The role require good skills in Swedish and English, both orally and
written. Other languages are an advantage. Knowledge of Indesign, English copy and webediting tools are beneficial in this role.
