The challenge
Our Recipe Product Team owns and manages the entire recipe product. We have over 1,000 recipes, and we are creating, testing, and publishing dozens more each week. Recipes drive a large percentage of new traffic to our site.
At present, the Recipe Product Team has four full-time specialists, contractors and multiple recipe collaborators working hard to ensure that our product is top quality. Our standard of excellence is high; recipes must be inspiring, simple to make, SEO optimized, and promoted across all available social media channels for maximum exposure.
Today, our specialists spend at least 30% of their time on admin and planning tasks that take them away from growth and strategy opportunities. This team member would have the unique opportunity to work with each specialist and assist in various exciting organizational and marketing-related projects, including marketing and social media, web and graphic design, SEO, editorial tasks, event planning, and more.
What you'll do
• Support our Recipe team leader by managing recipe creation tasks. Uploading recipes, proofing recipes, and optimizing recipes for SEO.
• Support our Marketing manager in all recipe promotion tasks. Scheduling social media posts, proofing captions, and moderating comments.
• Supporting our Creative team by managing and organizing our video and image library, minor editing and uploading to the site.
• Organize our team tasks and special projects such as photo shoots, video shoots, events and related travel.

Who you are
• Marketing related experience (1+ years)
• Social media marketing experience (1+ years)
• Assistant or support staff experience (2+ years)
• Flawless spoken and written English (English/Journalism major or has experience with academic or professional editing)
• Highly organized
• Communicative, passionate and energetic
• Interested in food and health
• Graphic design or photoshop skills are a plus, but willingness to learn is most important.

This is a full-time position, working primarily from our beautiful and airy headquarters in Stockholm, at Vasagatan 40, just opposite the Central Station. (Please note: due to COVID, most of us currently work from home. If you have antibodies and feel comfortable, please work from the office. Some of us do.)
