In addition, SCD AB creates digital content. We need a team member, a marketing assistant, who can support our marketing activities to reach a wider audience and prospective customers and partners. We deliver services for clients/users in the European and MENA regions.
This is an entry-level position where you will work closely with and support experienced marketing /business developers and technical people in international and inter-organizational projects.
Your main tasks are:
Contributing ideas for marketing activities
Assist in writing social media, marketing, and website content
Contribute and support the team and partners through market analysis, market reports, and follow-up
Support to coordinate various marketing tasks/projects
Help to prepare marketing presentations for prospective clients and partners
Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
Monitoring social media accounts, relevant industry journals, and websites,
Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
Communicate with prospective clients and partners and provide marketing material to them.
Skills and qualifications:
We are looking for you who have a desire to develop and also contribute to the development of the marketing activities.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, committed, and results-oriented. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating and building networks. You have a holistic perspective and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambition.
Furthermore, you have:
A university degree in marketing, sales,business administration or an equivalent relevant field
Previous experience in marketing, sales, development work, analysis, projects or a similar role is advantageous.
Documented experience of marketing or business development from student clubs and/ or activities during studies
Has a good understanding of MS Office, G-suit Google Workspace, basecamp, trello, discord, and slack
Soft skills:
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Has a genuine interest in technology and its impact to society
Self-driven and curious- who can work both as a team member and independent person.
Taking initiative and not afraid to come up with new ideas and perspectives
