Our client is facing exciting challenges and now wants to strengthen the team with junior talent.
The role
You will, among other things, help customers with both shorter business analysis projects and larger change projects around e.g., globalization, digitalization, or service creation. It can, for example, be about strategy and governance, organizational and operational development as well as support for requirements, procurement, and introduction of business and operational systems. You will have a variety of areas you'll get the chance to learn about, such as government-controlled businesses, Real Estate & Public Development, Cities & Regions, Innovation & Operation, and MedTech & Healthcare.

What do you bring to the table?
You have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Technical Design, or similar. If you have some courses within IT, Computer Science or equivalent, it is a huge bonus. You are familiar with and have a strong interest in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and PDM (Product Data Management). This is a junior position, but we like to see that you have worked or have relevant projects from school in the above-mentioned area, preferably in a complex organization. You are attracted by having the opportunity to both work with the entire customer's business and to delve into more specialized areas.
If you have knowledge and/or experience in Agile/SAFe, WoW, Azure, DevOps, PDM (Product Data Management) and basic understanding of IT architecture, that is a big plus.
Personal characteristics
Our client works in an entrepreneur-driven environment and is in a growth phase, therefore you are initiative-taking and independent. You like to step in where needed and often see for yourself what needs to be done and see it as a natural part of your consulting role to work both with delivery and sales of new assignments. It is also of great importance that you are a responsive and inclusive team player as our client values teamwork highly but also because these are good qualities when you work with clients.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
