• Key Responsibilities:
To deliver onsite support to End Users with migration issues
Deliver remote support via phone to remote users
Work together with the current onsite team in each country
Assist End Users on applications like (Documents and Training would be provided by the customer prior to the start of Support):
• VPN
• Mobile Device Management
• Printers
• Shared Drives
Troubleshoot issues with the users Active Directory profile
Assign tickets to 2nd level for issues that cannot be resolved

Experience:
• Onsite support technician experience
• Software and Active Directory Troubleshooting would be an advantage
• Ability to follow End User Guides and assist End Users face to face in their Local languages
• Previous experienced of Mobile Device Management, VPN, Outlook Migrations, Shared Drives etc.
Requirement:
• Fluent in English & Swedish, both oral & writing
• Minimum 1 year of similar IT experience & responsibilities
• Appropiate dressed & service-minded

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Employeed till year end as of now but with a big/high chance of prolongation, depends on the work. Employeed by us but full-time at the international client as a consultant.
