You will be in charge of all legal issues of the company:
• Corporate: board minutes, capital increase, creation of companies?
• HR: knowledge of collective agreement within retail and HR law in Sweden, link with Svensk Handel, draft of contracts and agreements, provide labor law training to new managers?
• Real Estate: drafting and negotiating lease agreements, construction agreements, consultancy agreements? according to local and internal group rules.
• Operations: knowledge on work environmental regulations, foodstuffs regulation, clothes and textile (import) regulations, environmental regulations?
Your advices and knowledge will be appreciated by the team and you will be recognized for them and will be a key person in business decision.

The person we are looking for:
College or university new graduate (previous experience will be appreciated but not compulsory)
You?re a passionate sportsman or sportswoman and you share the values of sport
You're autonomous and service oriented
You have a sense of responsibility; organisation and team spirit are your key strengths
You want an active role where you'll be making decisions every day
You are dynamic and not afraid by changes
Fluent in Swedish and English essential
