We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We want our customers to be able to shop from any of our 20 e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our 200 smart boxes - all in the same day. Does this sound too good to be true?Might sounds so, but it is all possible by the fact that we are developing our own software.
Instabox is a fast growing company and we are now looking for driven Developers who wants to be part of our journey - breaking new land within the fields of e-commerce and logistics. As a start up we are building our own systems and products from scratch, using modern technology for our cost-effective delivery method. Since we are developing our own technology we can control everything from architecture to technology choices. We break new ground on a daily basis and the aim has been set high.
Job Description
Are you the one that all of your friends go to when they are having problems with their computers? Have you started to think that you should ask to get paid from all the times you have helped them? If that is the case then we might have the perfect position for you!
As Instabox is breaking new ground on a daily basis, we are looking for someone who think it seems exciting to code and who wants the use of all your IT skills. As a Junior IT-Support you will be able to develop your technical skills, working in a fast growing tech startup. You will support our experienced IT-team but also help your colleagues with IT support. It can be anything from setting up new e-mail accounts, installing and configuring computer systems to solving hardware/software faults.
You will also be part of the creative parts of building or boxes, installing computers and working both with the software and hardware. Providing IT support, you will have a lot of contact with our Installation team where you for instance will fix our lockers that have lost connection. For the right person, you will get more responsibility after time while Instabox grows.
Who we are looking for
• You like computers and are a good user in different systems.
• Driving License is mandatory.
• It is an advantage if you have studied at a vocational education (KY-education) or related education.
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience in an IT helpdesk environment
We believe that you are a kind of go-to person with excellent problem solving skills who doesn't give up until you have found the solutions. As a person you are curious, structured and analytical. You love to learn new things and to find solutions to existing problems. You are serviceminded and patience in your communication.
