The role
We are looking for a highly motivated IT-Specialist to join our existing IT & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving and maintaining our services, both on-premises and in the cloud. Your primary responsibility will be providing support to our internal colleagues across all our offices.
You will work closely with our IT lead, software developers, and other team members to ensure efficient, secure, and high-quality delivery of our applications.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide support to InterEast employees in all offices, both onsite and remote.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Support the company's IT infrastructure, including O365 and Active Directory.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT & Infrastructure and its processes.
• Contribute to IT projects.
• General IT related tasks.
About you
We believe you are an individual with a strong interest in IT, at the beginning of your career. Prior IT experience is not required; instead, we value your understanding of IT concepts and your motivation to learn.
To excel in this role, you should be a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues on a daily basis. You should have an open mindset, embracing new perspectives and ideas. We trust you to take responsibility and thrive on challenges and continuous learning.
No size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following traits:
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Strong service-oriented mindset.
• Ambitious and motivated to learn new skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• A passion for the IT field.
It is not required but a big plus if you also have knowledge or experience of working with/as:
• System Administration or equivalent roles.
• Servicedesk or technical customer service.
• Active Directory.
• Intune.
• Azure.
• Basic networking skills.
• Windows Server.
• O365 Administration.
