hela Sverige Acne Studios is now looking for a junior Service Delivery Technician to the IT Operations team. This is a position where you will provide first line incident management for internal and external customers. It therefore requires a true passion for service and support, and a positive mindset! Information about the position

Job duties
Your primary responsibility will include incident and problem management that will come from monitoring the business systems, devices and networks or directly from customer/users inquiries. You will also work with:
* hands-on and remote fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and technical configuring systems and applications
* perform onboarding and offboarding of users, create e-mail accounts and group memberships while configure new user workstations and laptops
* Perform preventative maintenance
We are looking for
We are looking for a result and a customer-oriented person who wants to work in a tight team. You should have a technical interest and an eager to always learn more. As a co-worker at Acne Studios you should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. We are also looking for you who has:
* An education within IT
* Experience working in customer service or technical support
* Fluent in English, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience with general PC and Mac hardware and communication devices
* Knowledge within Microsoft AD/Office 365/Windows Client and Server OS, Mac OS X
It is meriting if you have experience within an ITIL/KCS environment or an ITIL/KCS qualification, IT purchasing and project coordination
Professionals Nord is looking for a junior Service delivery technician. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business. During the first 6 months, you work as a consultant through us and if the cooperation has worked well, you have good opportunities for continued employment at Acne Studios.
