hela Sverige We want a new junior IT Service Delivery Manager to check in with us in Sweden!
We are looking for someone with high energy and a positive mindset to come and grow with us. This is a junior position where you will be an important bridge between our hotels and our IT department. Your role includes a mix between project management/project coordination and planning as well as visiting our hotels and being hands-on with our technology. Especially network.
The technology you will be facing is all the IT and technology present at our hotels; network, Wi-Fi, patches, switches, guest-facing technology, payment solutions, digital signage, workplace (PC & OS)...
This position entails traveling throughout Sweden for an average of a few days each week. Some weeks may be more hectic than others, and the role offers a lot of flexibility and autonomy in terms of planning your own schedule. While we are willing to consider candidates residing outside of Stockholm, we prefer that you be present on-site in Stockholm for a few days each week.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Involved in delivering IT Services to our hotels at new openings (including takeovers), closings (and exits), re-brandings, and renovations, from planning to execution.
- Support different roll-out projects.
- Being involved in managing IT and vendor resources to ensure Service Delivery according to a set plan.
- Build and maintain the relationship between Group IT and our hotels, follow up and report back regarding service quality and delivery, support our Hotels to run IT Services according to the current Service Catalogue and roadmaps
- Involved in cost-follow up etc.
- Maintain a great collaboration with Group IT to improve IT Services and IT Service Delivery.
Skills & Background :
- Technical knowledge: you have a great interest in technology. For this position great interest and a good foundation of network is crucial. Some of the other technology/IT that is used in our hotels; workplace (PC & OS), TV systems, telephony, digital signage, payment solutions et.c.
- No hotel-specific experience? No worries. If you think your technical knowledge is a match we would like to hear from you anyhow!
- Planning & project management skills: planning, leading, and delivering successful projects is one of your goals and you consider yourself having good potential in this field.
- Strong planning skills and ability to manage your own work, ensure deliveries on time and with quality.
- Working proficiency in English and Swedish.

Information about the position:
This is full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT which is a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. In Sweden, you will be part of a small and lovely IT Service Delivery Manager team consisting of 2 senior people ready to share their knowledge and experience with you. The Nordic Service Delivery Manager Team is around 10 people. You will also have a lot of connections to the rest of our IT department and business. We'd love to see you at our newly renovated office at Sveavägen a couple of days/week.
You will travel approximately 40% of your time and at this point, we don't know which region. We promote a flexible work life with a good balance between work and free time. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
