Job Description
As a junior IT Project Manager at Greenbyte you will be the 8th?member of the Installation team. Your primary goal is ensuring that the customers renewable energy production assets become available for usage in the Greenbyte platform. On a day to day basis you are responsible for managing customer onboarding projects, including time planning, scheduling tasks and communication. The projects and deliveries will vary in size and difficulty.
The installation team is a tight-knit group of people working with agile methodologies to deliver projects and execute tasks. As an IT Project Manager, you will be working daily with coordinating the execution of different tasks with our agile ways of working. You will also support the sales organization in both early engagement and ongoing discussions in the pre-sales process.?

• Plan and executeonboarding projects
• Coordinate internal resources and customer resources
• Communicate project status on an ongoing basis
• Assist and guide customers in understanding technical solutions and available options
• Writeand maintain onboarding documentation
• Participate in development of in-house ways of working and team building.

Skills & Requirements
This position requires an education in either project management or renewable energy, or that you have relevant work experience in the field of computer science, informatics and/or engineering and want to take the next step in your carrier. To succeed in this role, it helps to have a couple of years of experience as an IT project manager and/or in an IT-related customer facing position. Because we work in a global environment and our clients are located all around the world, it's important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience from working with integrations/Installation/configuration management within IT
• Experienceworking with SaaS solutions
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Salesforce
• Experience working with Agile methods and processes
• Interestin renewable energy
• Skilled in one or more additional European languages
