Arbetsuppgifterna
• Provides business process and/or IT process knowledge in the organization
• In cooperation with the business, proposes business process driven IT solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness, where applicable
• Proactively acts in business and IT process analysis and development, to optimize current business applications
• In-depth cooperation with business process owners and other key business and IT people
• Analyzes and scopes the area of analysis, working with project managers and business sponsors to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for IT related projects.
• Participates in application implementation projects specializing in business process analysis and process driven solution in conjunction with defined business applications, where applicable
• Takes responsibility for relevant process area during the system life cycle development of IT projects.
• Plans and perform process wide tests in all implementation phases.
• Provides business process wide viewpoint on system design, where applicable.
• Produces presentations on analysis, design and solutions, communicate them in a professional way.
• Writes and reviews functional specifications of the relevant process.
• Writes, advises and gives recommendations on process and functional documentation.
• Maintains continuous business and internal team interaction and relationships.
• Fosters collaboration of all associated process areas.
• Keeps up to date knowledge on external and internal process and applications development.
• Reviews business/IT processes and give recommendations.
• Manages projects and assignments in order to respond to specific business requirements.
• Manage business IT solution requirements through the IT demand process
• Lead and Coordinate IT based business projects.
• Drive the implementation with the key user community of new/changed business processes and functionality
• Responsible for Electrolux's global marketing content management solution (EDEN), digital assets management system (e.g. EML) and marketing mobile applications (e.g. Steam Oven Apps)
• Collaborate with central marketing, product line and local markets to manage the data and translations of Energy Label, Product Fiche and Product Information in EDEN in order to ensure the information deliver accurately to end consumer and meet European regulation.
• Plan and manage the applications rollout and localisation by coordinating with the central team and key users in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America countries.
