Randstad Technologies is looking for an IT asset assistant for a long term assignment to our client within the automotive industry.

Our client delivers IT asset management services to all of their customers within the company. Currently they have a large intake of new customers and services and therefore we are looking for an IT asset assistant to expand their IT asset team.

A regularly day on this assignment implies to secure that proper documentation is available, create purchase request and contract approvals. You will manage follow-ups on purchase requests as well as approval flows and communicate with stakeholders. You will also create goods receipts, document purchased licenses in systems and support stakeholders in IT procurement related matters.

Responsibilities
Secure that proper documentation is available and create Purchase Request and Contract approvals;
o Work with Stakeholders to secure that contracts can be approved and signed.
o Request Quotes from suppliers
o Create Purchase Requests and Purchase orders

Follow-up on Purchase Requests and approval flows and communicate with stakeholders;
o Secure that approvals are not getting stuck in process
o Work with stakeholders to secure smooth handling

Create Goods receipts and document purchased licenses in systems;
o Secure that when Software is received, Goods receipts are made
o Document all software purchased in applicable systems
o Secure that proper licenses administration can be done in supplier portals

Support to stakeholders in IT procurement related matters;
o Assist and Guide Stakeholders
o Support stakeholders in management of other invoice related issues
o Support with renewal reminders when stakeholder has not requested renewal in time

Qualifications
You are skilled within (and loves) administration
You are driven, flexible and used to take initiatives
You are structured and meticulous in your work
You are serviceminded and have excellent communication skills
You are fluent in Swedish and English
It is meritorius if you are used to read/understand contract texts
It is meritorius if you any IT related background and/or education
