You will work closely with the Tobii R&D teams to optimize the design for manufacturing. Being the link between these teams and our suppliers you will be the one making sure the supply chain is ready on time. In other words, you are the voice of Operations in development projects.
Your days will be filled with
Establishing, delivering, and maintaining manufacturing processes for new high tech products.
Driving continuous improvements through the supply chain.
Working with the development teams on hardware designs with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
We are looking for someone who
Has an engineering degree, in a relevant field.
Is fluent in both verbal and written English.
Is eager to learn with a genuine analytical approach.
Great plus but not a must is if you have some working experience from manufacturing, and experience from production ramp up of new products at contract manufactures.
Great experience is important to us but we will put even more focus on company culture fit. You have a "can do" attitude and you know that everything gets easier with a smile and a helping hand. Also, at Tobii we love working in diverse teams, variety is a spice of life!
