Junior HR Business Partner - Staff Functions
At Electrolux HQ we are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our organisation!
In this role you will have the valuable opportunity to join a matrix, cross functional and multinational organisation where we all strive to shape living for the better for millions of people.
Your goal will be to deliver a high quality and efficient HR support within areas of responsibility to Staff Functions (IT, Finance, HR and Legal) as well as support Staff Functions HRBP with processes/ projects across the Europe.
Main responsibilities:
• Act as true support for the business, understand and anticipate business priorities, support the drive for performance
• Understand business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Managers
• Work with Managers and employees to understand future requirements and act upon them
• Support HR Business Partner in delivery of the people plan and HR strategy within the function
• Use HR knowledge to deliver accurate and appropriate solutions to business
• Play active role in recruitment & people and organisational development processes
• Play active role in executing diversity & inclusion agenda for the function
• Play crucial part in design and execution of various HR projects delivered in the function and across
• Be active and collaborative member of HR community

Requirements:
• College/ university degree, preferably in business or HRM
• At least 3 years of experience as Senior HR Specialist or HRBP/ Business Advisor
• Good knowledge of HR processes, policies and practices
• Ability to work within international and complex environment, ability to multitask
• Speaks fluent English, any other language is a plus
