Haglöfs is set on a global growth-, and transformation journey. As part of a new creative in-house team the Jr Graphic Designer role is an important player to create strong commercial-, brand building campaigns and content.
The Jr Graphic Designer at Haglöfs will ensure a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints. This role focuses on leading the design execution for all seasonal-, and "Always on" campaigns, including both digital and physical assets as well as store communication and showrooms. The role delivers comprehensive assets and creates the seasonal campaign toolbox supported by the Campaign Manager.
By centralizing design efforts, the designer will streamline workflows, maintain cohesion across campaigns, and become the go-to person for creating visuals that align with Haglöfs' brand identity across all platforms.
The role will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. As Haglöfs is set on a progressive global growth and transformation journey the role requires strong winning attitude and creative leadership skills.
The consumer is our focus and central to everything we do. Therefor the role requires a deep understanding of the brand and various segments of outdoor consumers.
The position is based at our HQ in Alvik, Stockholm and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Create brand-, and seasonal assets for marketing purposes. Market-, and channel adaptations.
Seasonal updates/assets for Brand stores, Showrooms, Shop in Shops and Sales events.
Design of POS material, Brand Store and trade customer windows and landing zones.
Design trade activations for trade customers.
Manage orders of physical graphic material.
Secure progressive approach and on-brand execution.
Be in the forefront of graphic execution and trends with good understanding for what is resonating with Haglöfs existing and new consumers.
Stay on top of market trends, consumer, and competitor activity.
Strong consumer and digital focus.
Use AI tools and design software features to enhance productivity and creativity.
The ideal candidate brings:
Experience in outdoor or lifestyle brands and a passion for the outdoor industry.
Graphic design education.
Min 2 years of working as a Graphic designer on full time covering multiple media formats.
Good qualifications within motion graphic design and production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
Skilled in AI tools and design software is an advantage.
Well organized, fast paced and structured way of working.
Fluency in both English and Swedish.
