Rosti Group is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to the head office in Malmö. The purpose of the role is to assist and support the Group Controller in controlling the business - a global organization with clearly defined ownership regarding results, business development and processes. This will be a chance for you to work in a truly international multi-site environment.
Main responsibilities
Handling tasks related to the control and development of the financial processes Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual reports Reporting and follow up on sales and investments Participation in the budgeting and forecasting process Securing and improving the internal control environment and ensure alignment with group standards and principles Provide support to the organization in respect to accounting and financial analysis
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role you have some experience, and especially a big interest, within accounting and/or controlling and an ambition to pursue a career in accounting and business control in an international and industrial environment. You have a university degree in Business Administration and you are proficient in English, both oral and written. Strong Excel skills are required.
You are structured with an analytical capacity with focus on accuracy. You are a communicative and service-minded team player who likes to build professional relationships with both internal and external parties. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant and correct information for the task at hand. You are flexible with a high level of integrity and a sound judgment. Furthermore you are ambitious and you can easily adapt to changes and work independently in a decentralized organization.
