hela Sverige Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our team based in Solna.
We are looking for a person who can provide sound financial support, control and monitor performance and ensure that company internal policies and procedures are adhered to at the assigned client accounts.
You will be part of a Nordic finance team but mainly focus on supporting clients in Sweden.
MAIN TASKS:
FINANCIAL:
• Working with the account and finance leadership in the production of accurate and timely month end reporting, annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Proactively support the Site managers and their teams in financial and commercial matters.
• Delivery of timely, accurate and user-friendly monthly reports to Clients, Site Teams and Account Management to ensure targets are met.
• Optimize cash flow from activities ? Assist in ensuring timely and accurate billing in line with contractual terms.
• Take ownership of the account balance sheets, ensuring that all balances are understood and appropriately supported.
• Maintain a robust business controls regime, including management of delegated financial authority and proper separation of duties to ensure correct and effective use of client and company resources.
COMMERCIAL:
• Perform monthly reviews with key budget holders. Providing reports and analysis against variances to plan and contract, agreeing actions for moving forward.
• Be the local expert on the commercial framework for the client contracts within portfolio.
• Working with Geo Controller, Supply Chain and Account Management to ensure that contractual savings are identified and met.
You have a university level financial degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong in both verbal and written communication (Swedish and English)
You have a Commercial and Analytical acumen and strong IT skills including MS office.
You are flexible to travel and a team player.
