Are you obsessed with silhouette, proportion, fabrication, and the power of a perfect coat? Do you instinctively know what's next in outerwear - before it walks the runway or hits the street?
We're searching for a creative and commercially sharp Junior Fashion Designer to join our Womens Heavy Woven team, focusing on Outerwear - where craftsmanship, trend, and attitude come together.
As a Junior Designer, you'll help shape a directional, customer-driven outerwear assortment that feels relevant, modern, and globally wearable. You'll translate emerging trends, cultural influences, and runway inspiration into strong, sellable product.
From statement coats to essential layering pieces, you'll support the creation of collections that balance fashion authority with commercial impact. Every detail matters - cut, wash, texture, trims, finish. You understand that outerwear is not just functional - it defines the entire look.
You'll assist in:
Creating clean, precise flat sketches
Building and updating collection overviews
Supporting concept development and seasonal direction
Preparing and refining technical packs
Ensuring every piece aligns with the brand's aesthetic and target customer
You'll work alongside Product Designers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Pattern Makers, Print Designers, Buyers, Planners, Developers, and Business Controllers.
Together, you'll bring collections to life that are sold across all H&M markets worldwide - designing outerwear that resonates globally while staying sharply on trend.
