As a Junior Factory Controller, you will work with the day-to-day financial activities of the organization and serve as a key partner for the local factory. You will be part of the local controller team and support in financial statements, analysis, reporting, taxation, insurance, accounts payables and receivables, budgeting, forecasting, and many more exciting tasks.

Your Responsibilities
Support the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Support in appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
Support and ensure quality control and transparency of financial closing, reporting, and disclosures.
Support in definition and implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Support internal and external audits as well as prepare and monitor of business cases.
Participate in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes and tools.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related area.
Some working experience in business controlling or related tasks is desirable (if it is from a global company it is a plus).
Good English skills is required, both verbal and in written. Swedish is a big advantage.
Excellent analytical and accounting skills are essential.
Good knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Excel is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and driven person with an ambition to learn and develop, capable of working both alone and as part of a team.
