Do you have experience with Excel (advanced level) and want to work at one of the largest companies in the FMCG industry?

Then this is the right job for you. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately, and will last until September 2018.

Description The main responsibility of the role is to set up new processes/tools simplifying everyday Finance & Accounting related tasks. It will include setting up new routines for the internal price request work, creating monthly trackers across categories as well as finding ways to simplify the work of submitting and checking routine Financial Forecast related input. The person will spend most of the time working in excel, building trackers and pulling data from different sources to aggregate into excel reports. Strong skills in excel is a requirement.

Scope : Setup new routines for and improving the process of submission of internal price requests
Build monthly trackers for product categories currently not having one
Build customer specific trackers in excel to be used to monitor recent business interventions
Simplify the monthly checks and submission of Financial Forecast related routine inputs
One-time mapping of products across categories
General Profile : Strong excel skills
Works independently within established processes and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic financial understanding
May coordinate activities of others
Ability to collect and process information from colleagues and data sources
Mastery: E xcel:

Skilled with formulas and can trouble shoot a broken formula
Able to update as well as reproduce excel based trackers
Can trouble seek if errors occur in large sets of data
Can, or have ability to learn how to, build large excel based data trackers
Problem-solving : Propose solutions for medium complexity operational problems
Proposes better way of doing the processes she/he handles
Propose ways of monitor and track recent business interventions
Collaboration : Connects with internal counterparts
Provides agile support to counterparts
Communication skills : Working language is English
Sufficient written and spoken English is a must
