If you are an Electronics engineer that enjoys designing andperforming labmeasurements, as well as testing and verification, this might be your call!
The role and responsibilitiesAs electronics engineer you are expected to take an active role throughout the whole project, from prestudy anddesign to verification and start of production. This will require close cooperation with other disciplines internally as well as external partners and subcontractors.
Our projects include:
• Prestudy, concept evaluation andrequirement specification.
• Developing concepts and platforms.
• Design with focus on embedded electronics.
• Developing prototypes, bring-up and design verification.
• Quality assurance,operational and environmental testing and certification.
• Providing production documentation and support at start of production.
Responsibilities outside the projects include technology trends and standards coveragewithin the area of competence, supplier contacts as well as improvement of work methods, lab and tools.
We are looking for someone who - Has a B.Sc., M.Sc. or equivalent
• Has experiencein product development and design of embedded electronics.
• Likes lab work and loves making new prototypes work.
It is a merit if you have experience designing consumer products and/or small systems.
To be successful in this role and at Tobii you need to feel comfortable in a role with a lot of individual responsibility and big opportunities to influence. You also need to beflexible, pragmatic, extrovert and full of initiatives.
