OM TJÄNSTEN
This role involves compiling and reviewing comprehensive documentation packages for customer projects, focusing on high-speed separator systems in the food and life science sectors. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and user-friendly, collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. You will work in an experienced team with great people to learn from. They work four days at the office in Flemingsberg and one day optional if you want to work from home or the office.

Our client offers a comprehensive onboarding package, including setting up all necessary tools and providing structured training from experienced documentation engineers. You will gain valuable experience in a supportive and pedagogical environment. This role will start as a consultant assignment through Academic Work but after a trial period our client wants to take over the employment permanently to them.

Work tasks
As a Junior Documentation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing technical documentation for complex customer projects. This involves collecting, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of manuals, data sheets, and certificates for client specific orders. You will work across multiple projects, maintaining structure and order throughout the documentation lifecycle.
• Compile and review complete customer documentation packages.
• Support the creation and delivery of high-quality technical documentation and system manuals.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating system manuals for customer projects.
• Create clear instructions and descriptions for operators, covering system functions.
• Support quality control of documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with factories, engineers, and project managers to collect and organize documentation.
• Archive documentation and manage document transmittals.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent education.
• Prior experience from the industrial sector.
• Good knowledge of English and preferably Swedish.
It is meritorious if you have
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Basic project management skills.
• Basic technical writing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Understanding in Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP) and Good Documentation Practice(GDP).
