Information about the service
Professionals Nord is looking for a Junior Constructor on behalf of our client! The position is part of our staffing, and you will be employed by Professionals Nord. You will work as a consultant with our client for a 12-month period. Provided that the collaboration works well, the goal is that the position will then transition to employment directly with the customer.
Be part of the Cab Exterior team applying their expertise and knowledge to technical projects related to cab components, finding new ways to improve products, methods and processes with a focus on modularity. The group consists of 8 senior design engineers who are responsible for the design of the cabin exterior. The work focuses on optimizing the design in terms of aerodynamics, surface finish and reliability and now the team looks forward to welcoming you who have an interest in construction! As a new employee, you get full back up and support from all team members to get you on track.
Job duties
As a designer in the Cab Exterior team, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the construction of the cab 's plastic items. This could be, for example, assembly items, rear-view mirrors, emblems, air deflectors and logos. Our customer 's trucks are a premium product and therefore design and visual standards are of the highest priority! The work varies and can mean, for example, that:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take your conceptual sketches and drawings into production-ready parts
* Discuss and negotiate with suppliers on project plans and manufacturability
* As a key team player be involved in new products and create innovative designs and help optimize these components
Your profile:
To thrive in the role as a Designer, we would like you to be a curious and initiative-taking team player. You have good communication skills and have a strong interest in technology. We also believe that you are a problem solver and dare to take it upon yourself to push through your ideas when it comes to technical solutions. Requirements for the position are:
* University degree in engineering or Master 's degree in mechanics, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
* Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
