Of these around 300 employees work from our head office in Solna, whereas the rest of the business works from our 12 dairies that are located between Östersund and Kalmar.
Arla is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Junior Demand Planning Specialist, who will play a leading role in ensuring operational and financial success for the organization (based in Solna, Sthlm).
As a Junior Demand Planning Specialist at Arla, you will be part of SE Demand Planning team where you will be one of 8 high performing & competent individuals in Sweden.
About the job
Ensure Forecasts Accuracy and Bias through the piloting of S&OP process
Secure forecast consistency, through a consensus between the commercial trend & forecast, category growth ambition and the financial budget
Taking an active role to support in key excellence projects as well as actively driving own
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education & experience
An advanced Power BI & Excel skills is a plus
SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) is preferred
You are motivated by achieving results, and managing complexity in a quick paced environment
You have strong analytical aptitude & can do attitude
You are able to communicate in a confident and articulate manner
You have a strong work ethic
