hela Sverige Our Email Deliverability team is growing and we are looking for a new team member. This person should have technical background in networking or technical support. You are not an email communication expert yet - we offer you the opportunity to become one. APSIS leads the field of email marketing in Scandinavia and we would like to take you on the journey!
Your role:
You will work with our Deliverability team and help us maintain an ideal email deliverability rating. This means ensuring that the many emails sent by our customer organizations reach their intended destinations. Overtime you will learn and develop into an expert in the field of email deliverability.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing support to Technical Customer Support to troubleshoot customer complaints on a daily basis
• Find answers to why an email was not delivered to particular address or why it took so long to get it delivered (Deliverability analysis)
• Sometimes you will need to reach out directly to an APSIS Pro customer to effectively solve the problem.
• Reach out to ISPs, block lists, anti-spam organizations whenever there are deliverability issues
• Monitoring servers to make sure that everything is working
• You will have lots of room for development within your field of expertise.
Skills and passion:
Your technical background and understanding of networking will help you be successful in the role. You are passionate about email communication and want to develop in the field.
• You have a good understanding of how email communication works
• Familiar with MS SQL
• Have a good understanding of networking principles
• Passionate for getting to the root cause and preventing problems from recurring
• Are analytical and willing to take things to the next stage
• Fluent in both English and Swedish is a must
• You will be even more popular here if you really dislike spam!
Place of work and relocation:
This job is in Malmö, a friendly multicultural city and the urban hub of southern Sweden. Our office is located in the city center, very close to the main bus and train station.
We offer help with relocation to Malmö on individual basis.
