As our new Data Scientist in the Data Science team, you will join a collaborative and skilled team that drives automation of real business cases through data-driven and Machine Learning-based intelligence. We work in a Scrum setup and have in the past years been very successful in forecasting both electricity prices and electricity consumption. Your work will have direct and measurable impact!

What You Will Do
Join a team where your models don't just sit in notebooks - They power real-time decisions in the energy markets.
Machine Learning: Build and operate machine learning models that forecast prices, optimize trading strategies, and drive smarter decisions in volatile energy markets.
Automation: Enable intelligent automation of trading and asset optimization by embedding ML into operational systems.
Analytics: Combine business understanding with analytical and technical skills to understand and solve real-world challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, stakeholders and domain experts to ensure models are aligned with business needs and continuously improved.
Data & Infrastructure: Ensure data is ML-ready and leverage tools like Databricks, Kafka, and Azure ML to support robust model operation.

Kravspecifikation
What We Are Looking For
We are after a curious mind who wants to make an impact - Someone who is excited to build end-to-end data science solutions that truly make a difference.
A strong interest in learning about the energy markets and how Machine Learning can be used solve the real-world problems we face.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Python expertise paired with an interest in attaining a software-developer-mindset where you care about good code and stable operation of models.
Experience building Machine Learning models - ideally forecasting of time series.
Experience, or eager to learn how to bring Machine Learning Models into real world production.
An academic degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
Fluency in English; Swedish is a bonus.
