Based on the five pillars of Analysis, BI, Data Engineering, Data Product Development and R&D, M Intelligence sets and drives the strategic data agenda at M. As a team, we build data and analytics products using machine learning and other tools, both for internal stakeholders and for our customers.
Your engagement here will include but won't be limited to:
As a junior data analyst, your responsibilities will include spending time with our key internal stakeholders, supporting them with data-driven approaches through conducting analysis and generating insights, creating dashboards ensuring their access to the key metrics specific to their domains, building and maintaining appropriate KPIs. Assignments will include, but are not limited to, working with our business controllers, business developers, and marketing experts.
Another part of your job will be to help our marketing department to construct, run and evaluate tests, in order to create a greater understanding around how we best market our product. By spending a lot of time with these different stakeholders, you will gain insight and expertise in how our business works, and be able to build your responsibilities over time.
A typical week is organized around the ceremonies and product development in the Intelligence team. We value and allocate time for your learning experience and we spend time to share knowledge and work together.
You show experience with most of the following...
You are fluent in SQL.
You have some experience creating visualizations in tools like Mode, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio or similar.
You have a degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or any other analytical field such as Physics, Statistics or Mathematics.
You have a business interest.
You are curious, eager to learn, conscientious and kind.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Have some knowledge of Python, dbt or R, but this is not a requirement.
