We're looking for an ambitious junior IT administrator with various skills to join the Privacy Enablement team in Ingka Group Digital, Cyber Security. Privacy Enablement's responsibility is to provide our many privacy engineers with the best central processes, tools, material, and trainings they need to implement the privacy mindset and work in digital products.
The scope of Privacy Enablement encompasses developing, improving and trialling technology and ways of working for guiding product development and procurement, conducting various types of privacy assessments (PbD, DPIA, LIA, TIA, more) and monitoring and measuring compliance.
You should have experience or education focused on general IT administration and management and a keen interest in privacy, data protection and information security. You should have some experience in programming and aptitude for learning new technologies.
Your responsibilities
You will eventually be fully responsible for the central privacy management platform where our privacy engineers conduct various privacy assessments and document various privacy artefacts for regulations. You will start out by learning the platform in and out and take more responsibility the more you grow. The idea is for you to "own" the platform and everything in and around it besides some of the content being managed by the privacy engineers.
To begin with that means you will do user management, implementing user feedback, maintaining existing artefacts and integrations. Later you will be responsible for the vendor, contract, surrounding processes, training material, future developments, and integrations, improving and inventing artefacts, big data analytics, other. The idea is that you will be the central subject matter expert for all things surrounding the privacy management platform.
