Do you want to join a growing company? We are looking for a customer oriented member to join our exciting CRM integrations team. Apsis provides multiple ways to connect our customer's systems (CRM, CMS etc) with the Apsis marketing platform. The hands down easiest way to integrate a CRM with Apsis Pro is to use one of our pre-built integrations so that no development is needed by the customer. However, the integration needs to be configured during implementation and supported once it is up and running and that's where you come in.
What you will work with
In the role as a junior CRM Integrations Consultant, you will help customers with their existing integrations towards Apsis by providing email and phone support, assist the senior implementation consultants during the implementation projects and make sure that the documentation is up to date.
To support our customers, you also act as an advisor in strategical marketing best practice, related to their integrations. For more explicit marketing tasks, we have got a great consulting team who can back you up whenever needed.
What are we looking for
We think that you have a university degree or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and an overall good technical understanding. If you have experience in consulting, project management and/or marketing it is a plus. You might have experience in, or are currently working within a CRM and/or digital marketing area, perhaps focusing on Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or other CRM systems as an Application Consultant or Super User. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and that you have good communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus since our clients are found all over the world.
As a person we think that you like troubleshooting and are keen to increase and share your knowledge of various technologies. You are well disciplined, self-going and structured who enjoys both working independently as well as in a team. We can also see that you are curious and thrive in personal meetings, have great client facing communication skills and are driven by learning and developing yourself.
We'd love to see you grow in your position and potentially taking on your own implementation projects in the future. If you have experience from project management and/or marketing, it is a plus. This position is full-time and located in Malmö.
