This is a consultancy assignment for one year through MultiMind with option for additional extension or a permanent position with our client.

Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.
The position is located in our clients modern Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm.
About the role: To support CRM Manager and develop our clients Nordic CRM program (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland), with the goal of maximizing opportunities to attract, engage and retain Nordic B2C customers who are planning to purchase or have already purchased a product. Including execution of contact, engagement and retention strategies designed to grow the CRM database and provides a value added communication platform that engages users and drives repeat sales and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities for its users.
The role is required to support relationships with the company's Category & Local Marketing teams as they will be key stakeholders in order to bring relevant communications and offers to the member community.
Responsible for supporting CRM Manager in all Nordic CRM activities; coordinate and manage campaigns from brief to execution.
Analyze and report performance (related KPI's) back to CRM manager.
Consulting with the company legal together with CRM Manager to ensure Nordic data privacy policies are adhered to.
Support CRM manger to establish and maintain a comprehensive partnership with internal and external stakeholders such as Category, Local Marketing teams, Dept Heads and Legal to enable a holistic, 360 marketing experience.
Your profile:
1-2 years of experience of working with digital campaign/production management. Swedish and English (fluently writing and speaking). A good understanding for web/online as a communication and sales channel. An understanding of campaign management and the underlying infrastructure's importance for the success of personalized communications in different channels. Preferably experience from working with CRM marketing platforms.
Your background:
Project management Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and communicate the value and importance of CRM. Ability to plan, focus and prioritize business critical functions. Multitasking capabilities with internal and external contacts and tasks. You are a doer; detail oriented, proactive and structured.
