The Credit Experience department at Klarna is responsible for Klarna's credit products and the post purchase experience for our consumers. On a daily basis we work with exploring new product opportunities around our offering, analyzing our consumer base and product profitability and working both internally and externally with improving our products and consumer experience.

As a Junior Credit Analyst at Klarna your task will be to explore new product strategies, conduct analysis of current customer segments, and ensuring that things get done in order to make a big impact on our bottom line results. You will give advice and recommendations on new products and product changes to secure long term success. Communication and collaborate throughout the organisation on different levels will be key in your job.

The one we are looking for have an analytical mindset, is a skilled communicator, solution oriented and street smart. In the Credit Experience team you have a unique opportunity to learn Klarna's business. We want you to have a professional ambition, desire to develop your skills and value working in a tight team. The position does not require any work experience but ideally you have formal education in Business, Finance, Engeneering, Industrial Economics or equivalient. You are fluent in English and it is considered meritable if you have some prior knowledge of SQL, R, SAS, Matlab or programming language of own taste.
